London: Rehmat Aziz Chitrali has been nominated for the Queen’s Young Leader Award.
The Young Leader Award, established to recognize young innovators and entrepreneurs who have contributed to the nation’s development and who have excelled in different areas, including sports, international achievement, academics, leadership, arts and culture, journalism, literature, youth in service and agriculture.
These Awards celebrate the achievements of great young people who have proved themselves to be inspiring leaders in their communities and have overcome challenges in their lives to do so.
Award winners will be rewarded with a tailored package of training, mentoring and networking, and provided with a week long programme during which they will receive their Award.
Rehmat Aziz Chitrali, a computer scientist, Khowar language poet, author, language and culture researcher and youth activist, from Chitral Pakistan has been nominated for the Young Leader Award in the field of science and technology(Software Engineering).
