Islamabad: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday gave a nod for the concern of the military courts in Gilgit-Baltistan. The government firm to extend the extent of military courts to Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir. The decision was taken throughout a meeting to assessment implementation of the anti-terrorism National Action Plan (NAP).
The premier approved that Gilgit-Baltistan Councils also adopt the 21st Constitutional Amendment as well as modification in the Army Act to make possible formation of military courts in those areas.
