Gilgit: Missing 8-year-old boy found dead

An eight-year-old boy who went missing two days back was found dead on Monday in Gilgit. The boy has reportedly been killed by knife attack in Gilgit. His dead body was recovered from the Gilgit River.

According to a report of Pamir Times,  police and parents of the boy had been searching for him over the last couple of days. His parents had also issued a note in the regional newspapers, looking for information about situation of the child.

The alleged killers have been recognized as Suhail, son of Nisar (resident of the Old Polo Ground area), Usama son of Meraj Khalid (Mughalpura) and Ibrar son of Mastan (Mughalpura). The child had reportedly been stabbed to death. Police have arrested the culprits with the help of CCTV footages. All of the suspected killers are teenagers.
